A little movement, something good to eat, and time to unwind are my idea of a balanced day. I enjoy walking, a good workout, and taking the scenic route when I'm not in a hurry. I try to keep enough variety in my week that familiar habits still feel enjoyable. I like company that helps an ordinary plan feel worth getting out for.
