I feel better when my week includes a few active moments and a few genuinely quiet ones. I appreciate people who can make a plan while staying flexible about how the day unfolds. I like a day that has a little structure without needing every hour to be accounted for. A little flexibility and a sense of humour make trying something new much easier.
