An afternoon exploring a neighbourhood is often my favourite excuse to try somewhere new for lunch. I like planning enough to get started and leaving the rest open to whatever looks interesting. If the day has been busy, an easy dinner and a chance to talk are usually more appealing than a big event. Good conversation is the part of any meal that I am most likely to remember.
