I like setting myself small goals without turning every interest into a competition. A free day might include a walk, something good to eat, and a few hours with people whose company I enjoy. I usually choose an activity that fits the weather, my energy, and the company rather than following a rigid plan. For me, feeling well includes having time for people, interests, and a proper rest.
