I love a home that feels lived in: something cooking, music playing, and a comfortable place to sit. I like using what is in season and finding a good reason to revisit an ingredient I have overlooked. I enjoy taking a familiar dish and making a small change with a different herb or a new ingredient. For me, comfort comes from feeling welcome rather than from having everything arranged perfectly.
