I like keeping active in a way that makes the rest of my day feel better. I like trying a new activity when there is room to learn at my own pace. On a free morning, I might do something outdoors and leave the afternoon for a slower pace. For me, a good day is one that leaves me pleasantly tired and glad I made the effort.
