A little movement, something good to eat, and time to unwind are my idea of a balanced day. I appreciate people who can make a plan while staying flexible about how the day unfolds. A new activity is often a good reminder that it is fine to be a beginner. I like feeling comfortable in my own rhythm and respecting that other people have theirs.
