I'm fairly energetic, especially when the plan involves being outside and getting a little distance from a screen. I enjoy encouragement, a sense of humour, and the chance to improve without taking everything too seriously. A short walk or a little stretching can be enough to help me reset after a busy day. I like company that helps an ordinary plan feel worth getting out for.
