Ricole Bhuiyan

Cooking is how I slow down after a busy day. I usually cook with music on and tidy up a little as I go, although baking can undo all my good intentions. I am quite happy changing the plan when a recipe needs adjusting or an ingredient is missing. I like an easy atmosphere where nobody needs to put on a performance.
