I enjoy keeping a routine that still leaves room for a change of plan. I like a mix of familiar routines and occasional changes that keep things interesting. I try to keep enough variety in my week that familiar habits still feel enjoyable. For me, a good day is one that leaves me pleasantly tired and glad I made the effort.
