Fresh air and a change of scenery are usually enough to put me in a better mood. My plans tend to include a little movement, good food, and enough time to sit down and enjoy where I am. I like ending an outing somewhere comfortable, with a chance to sit and talk about the day. A shared sense of wonder can make a very ordinary walk memorable.
