I like exploring a place through its food, its small streets, and the places people recommend without making a fuss. I'm always interested in the story behind a family recipe or a place someone has loved for years. I usually keep a few places on a list, then choose whatever suits the mood of the day. I bring plenty of enthusiasm, but I'm just as happy when the evening slows down.
