I'm fairly energetic, especially when the plan involves being outside and getting a little distance from a screen. I make time to move most days, but a relaxed lunch afterwards is often the part I look forward to most. A new activity is often a good reminder that it is fine to be a beginner. For me, feeling well includes having time for people, interests, and a proper rest.
