I like exploring a place through its food, its small streets, and the places people recommend without making a fuss. I often remember a place because of the conversation I had there as much as the food. I like making time to enjoy a meal instead of treating it as something to fit between other plans. I like discovering new things while keeping a few familiar favourites close by.
