I make room for creative things even when the rest of the week feels very practical. I enjoy looking closely at ordinary things, especially when someone points out a detail I would have missed. A creative afternoon at home can be just as pleasant as going out to a performance. I enjoy enthusiasm, especially when it comes without a need to impress.
