I spend enough time indoors during the week, so getting outside is usually my first plan for the weekend. I would choose a picnic with a pleasant view over a timetable packed from morning to evening. I keep my plans flexible enough to stop for a view or spend longer in a place I like. I'm usually ready to try a different route, especially if there's a good view at the end.
