I feel most like myself when there's a balance between getting out, seeing people, and having time to recharge. I like trying a new activity when there is room to learn at my own pace. Sometimes the right choice is a longer walk, and sometimes it is going home early and getting some rest. I enjoy finding a rhythm with someone rather than expecting us to do everything in exactly the same way.
