A quiet café and an interesting conversation can easily turn into my favourite kind of afternoon. There is usually a notebook nearby for a thought, a book title, or a sentence I want to remember. I enjoy finding a small detail in a familiar story that I missed the first time. I value kindness, a dry sense of humour, and being comfortable enough to say what you mean.
