I like staying active, but I have no interest in turning every spare moment into a challenge. I am interested in habits that make daily life feel comfortable and enjoyable. I try to keep enough variety in my week that familiar habits still feel enjoyable. A little flexibility and a sense of humour make trying something new much easier.
