I like keeping active in a way that makes the rest of my day feel better. I make time to move most days, but a relaxed lunch afterwards is often the part I look forward to most. Sometimes the right choice is a longer walk, and sometimes it is going home early and getting some rest. I like feeling comfortable in my own rhythm and respecting that other people have theirs.
