I enjoy trying a recipe that sounds promising and seeing what I would change next time. I like using what is in season and finding a good reason to revisit an ingredient I have overlooked. I am happy to share the kitchen, especially with someone who enjoys the process and does not mind a little mess. I appreciate a little effort, a sincere thank-you, and the ability to laugh when something doesn't go to plan.
