I like a little energy around me: a busy market, a lively kitchen, or a table full of people talking. I often remember a place because of the conversation I had there as much as the food. I am happy with a simple meal when it is made with care and there is no rush to move on. I enjoy being around people who notice what makes an ordinary day enjoyable.
