I like a little energy around me: a busy market, a lively kitchen, or a table full of people talking. I am interested in the little differences that make a familiar recipe taste new. I enjoy a balance between trying a new place and revisiting somewhere that already feels familiar. I like discovering new things while keeping a few familiar favourites close by.
