I'm fairly energetic, especially when the plan involves being outside and getting a little distance from a screen. I like a mix of familiar routines and occasional changes that keep things interesting. I like noticing small improvements without forgetting to enjoy what I am doing now. A little flexibility and a sense of humour make trying something new much easier.
