A personal introduction
A little about Texie.
I like staying active, but I have no interest in turning every spare moment into a challenge. I make time to move most days, but a relaxed lunch afterwards is often the part I look forward to most. I enjoy making time for rest so that being active continues to feel like something I choose. For me, feeling well includes having time for people, interests, and a proper rest.
