Theory Ruxton

I like the kind of hospitality that makes people feel comfortable rather than carefully entertained. I like using what is in season and finding a good reason to revisit an ingredient I have overlooked. On a quiet afternoon, I might make a batch of soup, try a new bake, or tidy a favourite corner. I appreciate a little effort, a sincere thank-you, and the ability to laugh when something doesn't go to plan.
