I like starting the weekend with some fresh air rather than a long list of things to do. A free day might include a walk, something good to eat, and a few hours with people whose company I enjoy. On a free morning, I might do something outdoors and leave the afternoon for a slower pace. I get on well with people who are encouraging without making everything a challenge.
