Tiffany Rachlin

I feel better when my week includes a few active moments and a few genuinely quiet ones. I like trying a new activity when there is room to learn at my own pace. I try to keep enough variety in my week that familiar habits still feel enjoyable. I'm encouraging rather than competitive, and I get on well with people who can enjoy the process.
