I feel most refreshed after a few hours outside, even if the plan is only a walk close to home. I'm happy to explore somewhere unfamiliar, but I also have favourite places I return to whenever I can. A small adventure close to home can be just as satisfying as a carefully planned trip. Good company and a little flexibility matter more to me than a perfect plan.
