I like setting myself small goals without turning every interest into a competition. I enjoy encouragement, a sense of humour, and the chance to improve without taking everything too seriously. A new activity is often a good reminder that it is fine to be a beginner. For me, a good day is one that leaves me pleasantly tired and glad I made the effort.
