An afternoon exploring a neighbourhood is often my favourite excuse to try somewhere new for lunch. I tend to remember a place by what I ate there, who I was with, and the conversation on the way home. I like making time to enjoy a meal instead of treating it as something to fit between other plans. I appreciate people who are open to a suggestion and comfortable making one of their own.
