Trakelia Eaglestar

I like the kind of hospitality that makes people feel comfortable rather than carefully entertained. I have a few dependable recipes, but I am always interested in a new idea that does not make the evening complicated. On a quiet afternoon, I might make a batch of soup, try a new bake, or tidy a favourite corner. A warm manner and a little patience mean a great deal to me.
