Tynetta Greder

A little movement, something good to eat, and time to unwind are my idea of a balanced day. I prefer activities that leave me feeling refreshed rather than focused on a score or a personal best. I try to keep enough variety in my week that familiar habits still feel enjoyable. I appreciate people who make space for both a little adventure and a proper rest.
