My favourite plans often involve a kitchen, a long conversation, and no reason to check the time. I usually cook with music on and tidy up a little as I go, although baking can undo all my good intentions. I like an evening that leaves everyone feeling welcome, with no pressure to make it a special occasion. I like an easy atmosphere where nobody needs to put on a performance.
