A bit of movement in the morning usually makes the rest of my day better. I prefer activities that leave me feeling refreshed rather than focused on a score or a personal best. Sometimes the right choice is a longer walk, and sometimes it is going home early and getting some rest. I appreciate people who make space for both a little adventure and a proper rest.
