Vada Watson

I enjoy trying a recipe that sounds promising and seeing what I would change next time. I like making food to share, trying a recipe more than once, and gradually finding my own way of doing it. I enjoy taking a familiar dish and making a small change with a different herb or a new ingredient. For me, comfort comes from feeling welcome rather than from having everything arranged perfectly.
