Valeigh Layng

I feel most refreshed after a few hours outside, even if the plan is only a walk close to home. I enjoy learning the names of a few plants or birds, even when I forget them and have to look again. On a quiet weekend, I might choose a park, a riverside path, or a nearby stretch of countryside. The best days leave me with a clear head and a small story to tell.
