A personal introduction
A little about Vernesta.
I feel better when my week includes a few active moments and a few genuinely quiet ones. I enjoy encouragement, a sense of humour, and the chance to improve without taking everything too seriously. I enjoy a routine more when there is a pleasant pause to look forward to afterwards. I like feeling comfortable in my own rhythm and respecting that other people have theirs.
I would enjoy reading a little more about what matters in everyday life. Is there a recent recommendation you were glad you followed?
