Vienna Norwood

A little movement, something good to eat, and time to unwind are my idea of a balanced day. I appreciate habits that make me feel well, while keeping enough flexibility to enjoy an unplanned afternoon. On a free morning, I might do something outdoors and leave the afternoon for a slower pace. A little flexibility and a sense of humour make trying something new much easier.
