A personal introduction
A little about Whitnay.
I like keeping active in a way that makes the rest of my day feel better. I appreciate habits that make me feel well, while keeping enough flexibility to enjoy an unplanned afternoon. I enjoy a routine more when there is a pleasant pause to look forward to afterwards. For me, a good day is one that leaves me pleasantly tired and glad I made the effort.
