Wilba Elmendorf

I like a little energy around me: a busy market, a lively kitchen, or a table full of people talking. I like trying something unfamiliar while keeping a few reliable favourites for days when I want comfort. If the day has been busy, an easy dinner and a chance to talk are usually more appealing than a big event. I enjoy being around people who notice what makes an ordinary day enjoyable.
