A long walk, a small backpack, and a day without a timetable suit me well. I enjoy learning the names of a few plants or birds, even when I forget them and have to look again. I would rather choose a route that suits everyone than hurry to cover a particular distance. I appreciate a steady pace, an open mind, and people who look after each other.
