Yumalay Wardell

I like starting the weekend with some fresh air rather than a long list of things to do. I prefer activities that leave me feeling refreshed rather than focused on a score or a personal best. I am happy to change the plan if someone needs a gentler pace or a little more time. I like feeling comfortable in my own rhythm and respecting that other people have theirs.
