A personal introduction
A little about Zaleya.
I enjoy simple routines, especially when there's room in them for something homemade. I like using what is in season and finding a good reason to revisit an ingredient I have overlooked. I like an evening that leaves everyone feeling welcome, with no pressure to make it a special occasion. The evenings I remember fondly are often the ones that felt simple at the time.
