Zhara Belong

I feel most like myself when there's a balance between getting out, seeing people, and having time to recharge. I make time to move most days, but a relaxed lunch afterwards is often the part I look forward to most. A new activity is often a good reminder that it is fine to be a beginner. A little flexibility and a sense of humour make trying something new much easier.
