I make room for creative things even when the rest of the week feels very practical. I am happy to share an opinion while leaving room for someone to see the same thing differently. I like asking what caught someone's attention rather than deciding too quickly whether something is good or bad. I like thoughtful conversation with enough humour to keep it from becoming too serious.
