I like setting myself small goals without turning every interest into a competition. I appreciate habits that make me feel well, while keeping enough flexibility to enjoy an unplanned afternoon. On a free morning, I might do something outdoors and leave the afternoon for a slower pace. I enjoy finding a rhythm with someone rather than expecting us to do everything in exactly the same way.
