I feel better when my week includes a few active moments and a few genuinely quiet ones. I enjoy walking, a good workout, and taking the scenic route when I'm not in a hurry. I am happy to change the plan if someone needs a gentler pace or a little more time. I get on well with people who are encouraging without making everything a challenge.
