Aamna Torola

I like staying active, but I have no interest in turning every spare moment into a challenge. I enjoy encouragement, a sense of humour, and the chance to improve without taking everything too seriously. On a free morning, I might do something outdoors and leave the afternoon for a slower pace. A little flexibility and a sense of humour make trying something new much easier.
