I like keeping active in a way that makes the rest of my day feel better. I enjoy walking, a good workout, and taking the scenic route when I'm not in a hurry. On a free morning, I might do something outdoors and leave the afternoon for a slower pace. I appreciate people who make space for both a little adventure and a proper rest.
